Everything started when my first long-term Personal Training client was moving away. As it's very important for me to get to know my clients well, it's a huge loss when the collaboration ends. So we were both sad because we have been working many years together. However, I always try to think my clients best and I encouraged her to hire a new local Personal TrainerAfter a few weeks I got a call from her. She just didn't feel starting from the beginning with a new personal trainer! Therefore we were both trying to figure out ways to continue our fitness training and personal coachingWe figured out that we can do online live training sessions using Skype or FaceTime and that I can send her training plans, workout programs, and fitness videos.

Sometimes life is just busy and hectic.
