1. Pina colada ice cream

Are you a huge fan of ice cream? Do you wish you could make a healthier version at home? Pina colada ice cream is a fantastic summer treat. It’s organic and can easily be made at home. Delicious and effortless to prepare. You only need three ingredients.

Slice up one banana. Cut up a pineapple into chunks (1 cup) and freeze them together with the sliced banana. The third ingredient is organic coconut milk (1/4 cup, canned is fine). Once the fruit is frozen, mix the three ingredients in the blender until the mixture is smooth.

This recipe is enough for two servings. Ice cream with none of the guilt. Share with a friend, or just keep it all for yourself! 😎

2. Cherry blueberry coconut popsicles

These are treats that your children will also love. Again, only three ingredients. Couldn’t be easier.

Frozen cherries, mixed with fresh blueberries and coconut milk. This is my number 1, summer, guilt-free snack. You do need popsicle molds for this one. In the summer, you can easily find these in the supermarket or online.

Take a 1/2 cup of frozen cherries, 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, and 1/2 a cup of organic coconut milk. This recipe is enough for 6 servings.

Add the chopped frozen cherries and blueberries to fill the popsicle mold about ¾ the way full. Then, fill the remainder of the mold with the coconut milk. Freeze for about four hours. Once they are frozen, you can run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle from the mold.

Sit outside and enjoy a popsicle like you are a kid again. If you are nice, you can even share them with your children ;)

3. Milk & honey iced coffee

I'm such a huge coffee lover. When it's hot, I still need my coffee, and that is the reason why I love this iced coffee recipe with milk & honey.

When I saw this funky recipe for the first time, I had my doubts about coffee and honey mixed together. Well, I can tell you from personal experience that it is amazingly yummy. This drink will help you soak up those perfect summer moments.

This recipe is enough for three servings. Brew 8 cups of organic coffee. Add 1 tbsp of raw honey to the coffee while it's still hot. Place the coffee and honey in the fridge until it has cooled down. Once it is chilled, stir in 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.

Fill up a few glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled coffee concoction over the top of the ice. Add the desired amount of organic cream. Mix well, add a straw, and savor this perfect summer drink!
