1. Tahini Green Smoothie

One serving:

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Zucchini (diced, frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Ginger (fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

2. Coconut Chia Pudding

Two servings:

  • 3/4 cup Organic Coconut Milk (from the can or carton)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine all ingredients in a large container. Refrigerate for at least one hour or until chia seeds have set. Stir well and divide into cups or containers if on-the-go. Enjoy!

Two servings:
